The Recreation Vehicle Industry Association reported that RV shipments were up more than 15 percent in August 2017 compared to the same month in 2016. It was, in fact, the highest number of August shipments on record and marks eight straight years of growth.
A growing economy, Baby Boomers retiring, more people embracing full-time mobile living, and a general desire to explore and make memories away from home may all be contributing to this uptick in RVs hitting America's roads.
